UNDER MY UMBRELLA

IS PROTECTION & LOVE . from knowing JESUS is the Christ that the SAINTS are my Angels, FAMILY, FRIENDS, YOGA, communing in NATURE, being STILL,Remembering that BREATH connects me. GIVING, LISTENING, WRITING, READING, moving to my MUSIC, when ever I find myself out from under my umbrella, I know it, the magic, protection and knowing are gone DOUBT sets in. I am so lucky to have such a beautiful UMBRELLA

LIFE IS A JOURNEY

I have come to realize through my life's experiences, that A life is a JOURNEY, each is unique with their own sorrows, JOYS, disapointments, Achievements,lost expectations, SURPRISES, loss of hope,learning to let go of fear and embracing faith, with HIGHS & LOWS Crashing waves that spit you out on the sand, only after it has thrown YOU down so HARD that you did'nt know what was up and what was down. And there are no hands to lift you, YES you feel alone, ONLY then can life teach you the greatest lesson, Nothing stays the same! now you learn to trust the outcome to let go to surrender to the wave to surrender to the journey only through accepting what is,can we then be responsible for our life not being attached to what was or how we THOUGHT it SHOULD be, through ACCEPTANCE, responsibility for our own soul, can we release our attachment to the outcome and LIVE IN THE PRESENT the GIFT , to ride the wave with GRACE
